All customized orders take 1-3 weeks to make, unless it is on hand. A rush fee on any customizations is an extra $25.
Shipping fee is a flat rate of $2.
Shipping takes around 3-5 days if it’s on hand.
Orders can be placed through the website only.
If you are wanting anything customized, it will be a 2 week turnaround. Dm, text, or email me to discuss any and all customizations.
Payments are available through the website, Cash, Cashapp, PayPal, Chime and Zelle. If you are using PayPal, note that it can take anywhere from 3 days to a week for the funds to be available. This can cause delays in receiving your products.
When pre-ordering items allow up to 1-2 weeks for you to receive your items.

Items can only be returned or exchanged if they are the wrong size or arrived to you damaged.
Refunds are only allowed when you are returning products.
In order to initiate a return or refund you will have to reach out to me directly through phone, email, or social media.
When contacting me for a return/ refund leave your name, phone number and address the items were sent to.
Shipping takes time. You will not get a refund because your items are not there at the time you expected.
